​The founder started his career in investment banking. In 2021 he kept feeling strongly drawn to alternative investments. He decided to start acquiring and improving properties that produced value for himself and his investors.

The firm was first named Land Living Partners, after early traction in land deals. As the investments grew into other verticals, he didn’t want the firm boxed into a single asset class. Land Living Partners became Living 27 Partners.

Why “27”

The number carries the heart of the firm. It keeps the verse that started it all:

“Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living.”
-Psalm 27:13

The verse is a reminder to embrace life with trust in God’s plan, with hope and the expectation of good things to come.

 

The number 27 also appears on the license plate of a mentor and father figure whose success and example shaped him. It’s also his sister’s birthday. He lost his father at a young age, and his sister and mother have always been the two most important women in his life. His mother is an immigrant who built a life here from the ground up, and her strength as a single mother is his why. It’s what drives him every day. He knew nothing would make her happier than building his sister into the very name of the firm.

 

Lastly, say the name out loud and you might hear (one more meaning): "Living 24/7". It’s a reminder to live life to the fullest, with purpose, and to make the most of every opportunity, every relationship, every experience, and every day.

He believes success comes from working together in good faith. Sellers, buyers, contractors, investors and every party involved should benefit as one.
